Cauliflower Poppers (v)
Have you ever eaten a whole head of cauliflower in one sitting? I just did and you will too if you try this recipe. So easy to make and powerfully tasty! The dill and the Dijon are the key! Will you try it?

Recipe from Vegweb
1 large head cauliflower, chopped to florets
2T lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
2t Dijon mustard
1T olive oil
1t salt
1t dried dill
fresh black pepper, to taste
2T nutritional yeast Cauliflower Poppers

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Whisk together the remaining ingredients.
  2. Toss with the cauliflower.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring once about halfway through the cooking time.
  4. They’re ready when they get nicely browned and tender but not mushy. Baking until chewy blackened parts appear makes it especially tasty.
