A hearty and oh-so-healthy rice bowl. There are two sauces in this rice bowl – a comforting Tahini sauce drizzled over the rice and an intensely flavorful Tamari sauce drizzled over the greens.
The sauces, the nori, pickled ginger, and toasted sunflower seeds make it so easy to down piles and piles of steamed greens! Pick your greens of choice, pictured here: swiss chard, red chard, kale, and broccoli florets. After I took the picture I piled on even more greens before chowing down getting more than my daily dose of goodness!
