It’s raw, it’s vegan, and it is by far the BEST pistachio ice cream I’ve ever had! Made from homemade pistachio milk, with real pistachio pieces – can you just imagine the pure “pistachio-ness” of the flavor?! (vs. ones made with dairy-ickiness.)

It’s almost summer but if feels like winter today. What better to do on a cold, rainy day than make raw, vegan coffee ice cream! From scratch – coffee started from whole beans, nut milk from whole almonds. And oh, my dear God, it tastes sooooo good!
