Yay, a chocolate a day keeps the sorrows away! Made with a base of walnuts, dates, raw carob and then rolled in either raw cacao or coconut. Which one would you eat first?

2c walnuts
2c dates Truffles, pitted
1/2c water
1/2c raw carob powder Truffles or raw cacao Truffles
1/2t salt
(optional) 1t cinnamon

  1. Place walnuts and dates in a food processor Truffles and process until smooth.
  2. Then add carob and water and process.
  3. Shape mixture into small balls and roll in coating of choice.
  4. Makes ~20 truffles to enjoy!

Suggestions for coatings: raw carob, raw cacao, shredded coconut Truffles, finely chopped nuts
